Application Area:
Suitable for both, new buildings and renovation work. Use directly on substrates such as gypsum, plasterboards, concrete, mortar. Also for stains of nicotine, soot and dried water stains.

Application characteristics
Application:
Brush / roller / spray (airless). During application and drying, place food and cigarettes outside.
Underground:
Needs to be clean, dry and solid. Do not apply on distempers. Otherwise use JONAS Hydro-Haft-& Tiefgrund first to consolidate the underground. In case of heavy marks we recommend an intermediate coating with JONAS Iso-Grund. For underground treatment and application VOB, part C, DIN 18363 and the relevant BFS information must be observed.
Coating build-up:
Brush / roller: ready-for-use = use without any dilution. In case of heavy marks, you need to apply JONAS Iso-Matt-Aqua twice.
Alternatively:
1^st coating with JONAS Iso-Grund and 2^nd coating with JONAS Iso-Matt-Aqua. (Any dilution reduces the isolating effect).
Airless: dilution: up to 5 % water / nozzle: 0.017 – 0.028 Inch / pressure: 180 – 250 bar / filter: 60 Mesh. Remark: Take care of the first coating being completely dry, before painting over.
Special Advice:
Don’t mix the material with other wall paints. When using airless equipment make sure that it is free from any residues of other wall paints.
Spreading rate per coating:
Approx. 150 - 180 ml/m² on smooth underground (if necessary test on the wall).
Application temperature:
At least + 5°C (Degrees Celsius) for air and underground during application and drying.
Drying:
The surface of the coating is dry and can be painted over after 8 - 10 hours (at a temperature of 20 °C and a relative atmospheric humidity of 65 %). High humidity, low temperatures and low air exchange extend the hardening and drying time.
Tinting:
Only tintable via the JONAS MIX-system.
Product can not be tinted with all tinting paints
Tinting may lead to deviations in the technical data, also with respect to contents of preservatives.
Colour accuracy: property conditions have an influence on colour accuracy and the uniformity of colour. The following conditions should be avoided:
a. Irregularly sucking substrate
b. Different surface humidity in the substrate
c. Patches with different alkalinity and / or ingredients from the substrate
Cleaning of tools:
Clean with water immediately after use.

Storage:
Cool, but not freezing.
Shelf-life:
Can be stored for at least 12 months after date of filling (see additional sticker) if stored properly in the unopened original packaging.

Waste disposal:
Empty containers can be disposed for recycling. Any dried residues of material can be disposed of as construction waste or together with domestic garbage. Containers with liquid material residues must be disposed of according to local regulations. For further information, please contact your local waste authority.
Advice acc. to CLP:
Keep out of reach of children. Warning! Hazardous respirable droplets may be formed when sprayed. Do not breathe spray or mist. Wear appropriate respiratory protection (full mask / half mask equipped with filter type A2/P2). Avoid eating, drinking and smoking during use of the product. Ensure good ventilation during and after application. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Do not empty into drains or water courses.
